Vision, Originiality and Impact are an easy 5/5 - You have given the viewer the ability to actually feel as if they are right there with you. And I love how you had left the sunburst in the photo, which adds that extra bit of beauty and mystery in the capture itself.
For Technique, although a very minor, I have as a 4/5. You have great composition and follow the 'rule of thirds' beautifully, however I only wish you had less of the ground on the bottom of the photo and more of the sky at the top. I feel like the mountain tops are being cut off too short. Again, very minor and certainly does not take away from the overall experience this photo entails by any means.
By heaven’s grace, this is precious. Reinebringen truly sounds like a paradise for photographers, as you’ve emphatically proven here. Everything from back to front; the rising sun in the background, the formation of the mountains, the small city by the sea and the hills in front of our eyes, is just about perfect in every sense of the word.
Norway is beginning to look like another one of my vacation spots by the minute, with beautiful views like this to feast on. This scenery is picture-perfect in every way… A fantastic photograph and I certainly hope you can treat my eyes to paradise with more photos like this!
Have you seen my Scandinavia gallery already? Most of the shots are from my Lofoten trip last summer. I can´t wait to return to Norway, it´s such a paradise we´re having here in Europe and reachable by car, that´s a big advantage compared to likewise beautiful countries with fjords like Canada or New Zealand. I´d like to visit those some day too, of course.
